What great features will be missing from the new ipad....again Forget the rumour threads, we are better off guessing what it won't get, that would make it a really good device.
What features make total sense, so therefore, won't make it onto the ipad 3?
A mini USB port/charger? A card reader? The ability to scale and play AVI's? A removable battery? The ability to teather the 3G from a phone? Non itunes media player?
The possiblities are endless! . |

You know, I can't think of a major real world use for any of those on a tablet, personally... and given the iPad is the only model of tablet really selling to the end user in massive numbers, I guess the average customer can't either.
The only one that's truly missing, IMO, is wireless charging (as popularized by the Palm Pre / HP TouchPad). Apple finally cut the cord on syncing with iOS 5 so it would be nice for charging, as well.

The only thing I want is for Apple software/products to play nice with other software or apps they sale. Apple needs to improve the resolution of the camara/video and I wouldn't ming a double camara USB so I can connect my mic/midi. G.B. needs a make over and more options added and easier to share music you produce. | |
