i have to adjust my schedule accordin to my gas.

frikkin wifi sometimes pauses the damn youtube videos for a second because it loses it's signal.

All the decent restaurants in my neighborhood are too crowded.

What about music? I have a cassette player, that only plays in reverse mode, so every time I put one in (from when I was 15) I have to reverse it immediately or it makes a terrible noise.

About six months ago, my clothes dryer broke.

So we washed our clothes, then took them to the laundrymat to dry.

My mom finds out and orders me a new washer and dryer and has them delivered to my house...but the washers hookups dont match my hookups and I need a plumber to redo my setup.

So I have a washing machine sitting in the hallway that leads to the washing room in my house because I have no money to have my pipes redone.

About two weeks ago, my old washer broke.

So now, we're going to the laundrymat to wash, then coming home to dry...with a brand fucking new washing machine sitting in the hallway.

I hate being broke.

She actually will pull her claws out jsut the tiniest bit, even. I have tiny little scratches on my hands and arms from not waking up when she wants me to.

I have been considering hiring a cleaning person for about a year now. And weird guilt stops me from doing it. I don't even have kids. And I live alone. It seems so utterly indulgent to hire someone to clean up after ME.

While I don’t ever remember going hungry as a child, I know my parents struggled from time to time and they did their best to keep that from me and my brother. I moved out on my own at 19 and struggled myself. I lived a summer on ramen noodles and PB&J sandwiches as it’s all I could afford to eat. So I know the value of a dollar and it floors me that I’d actually PAY someone to do something I can do for free.

Still, my place would be a lot nicer if someone else would do it.

Actually, the ex at one point (while she was a stay-at-home "homemaker") made a big fuss about wanting a cleaner to come in. I told her that if she wanted to go get a job to PAY for said cleaner, then fine. That was the end of THAT.
