I find him to be incredibly hot. His body is killer, and I love his nose. He looked even better in person when I saw him at Comic-Con last summer.

Yes, I love all that about him too...but like Lisa, I prefer the shaved head. As soon as that scene happened I was all like, "whaaa? Hotness". At first I was calling him ugly hot but now I just think he's just hot hot.

Exactly what I thouught! lol

The shaved head rocks. That was one of my favorite episodes of the season for a lot of reasons, but that head-shaving scene was really hot.

Nice episode. A bit predictible, but nice.

Great to finally get the beloved Michonne...

Actress Danai Gurira to Play Michonne in The Walking Dead Season 3

twd-danai-gurira-casting-325.jpgAMC announced during Talking Dead tonight that actress Danai Gurira (The Visitor, Ghost Town) will play the role of Michonne in The Walking Dead Season 3. Michonne makes a brief appearance in the Season 2 Finale as the hooded stranger who wields a Katana sword and rescues Andrea from an attacking walker.

I love Gurira's look.

And I hope she's darned strong. She's gonna be the talk of Hollywood for the next 6 months, long before we even hear her utter her first line in what will be her biggest role yet.

Not too bad only a couple. I understand new season Oct. 3st. I wonder how they're going to premiere with such a date.

I wasn't ready to post last night... eek

  • A group of us were discussing play-by-play on FB, and one of the things that came up toward the end was Lori's reaction about Shane. It seemed like she loved Shane more than she was willing to say... neutral
  • I thought it was amazing that Hershel got off so many rounds without reloading. lol
  • The appearance of the hooded stranger was awesome!
  • And that lone walker in the argyle sweater made me giggle. giggle

Does anyone watch "Talking Dead"?

Each week I've looked forward to when they said goodbye to those that died that week. Last night's was hilarious! falloff

Yeah it did appear that Lori's reaction referred to that, but on Talking Dead the execs said that Lori's reaction was more so her being angry with herself rather than with Rick because she had been pitting Rick and Shane against each other and actually caused his demise. If only she had kept her mouth shut that day instead of speaking with Shane and giving him hope. disbelief It should had been Lori's ass out there struggling with the walkers instead of Andrea.

Yes I saw the "in memoriam" last night and it was too funny!!

It was rather bland last night without Shane, I have to admit. sad

For some reason, I wanted to laugh when Rick was going off on everyone at the end. lol

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

My favorite part is that each week they do "In Memoriam" for those that died that week.

Last night's was really funny... They tried to include all the zombies that were killed. They gave them names like, "Trapped Barn Walkers", "RV Walkers #1-5", "This Walker", "That Walker", "By-stander Walker", and "Preppy Walker". There were more, but I was laughing so hard I missed some of them...

In the comics does Rick become more Shane like? Yes, he has the dead eyes and got a weebit upset there, but I would think since he had just killed his best friend, and hasn't had time to mentally process it while doing what he could the save that ragtag group, he might just be a tad worn down.

I'm not attached to Lori or anything but she is pregnant, I mean, would they? For tv?

I wouldn't say Rick becomes more Shane like. He does learn how to operate in the new landscape, and he's "wu-tang clan ain't nothing to fuck with" about it.

Michonne is gonna eff shit up yo. So happy to see her and her zombies. I'm still putting my money on Merle being the governor...and all hell breaking loose once they find them living in that prison.

Shouldn't be anyone of questionable character hiding out there.... neutral

The more I think about it, the more it would have worked had Merle come back as The Governor. But they've cast this guy...

David Morrissey Cast as The Governor in The Walking Dead Season 3

David-Morrissey-250.jpg

AMC announced today that David Morrissey has been cast in the role of The Governor in the network's critically acclaimed hit series The Walking Dead. The Governor, a character from Robert Kirkman's graphic novel, is the leader of Woodbury, a small settlement of survivors, and becomes the chief antagonist for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his group.

Full story here.

I do also think they may find Merle at the prison, though.

On another note, fans (including me) have wanted to see a return of Morgan and his son Dwayne from Season 1. I've not read the books, so I have no idea, but I assume they don't come back in the books during the prison story arc. I guess we won't see them until possibly Season 4 at the earliest, eh?

Tyrese may still make an appearance. The executive producer, Robert Kirkman, stated that T-Dog is not a stand in for Tyrese.
