Is it just me, or does Avril Levine have absolutely no stage presence? Christ, she spends most of her time staring at hew own band! Maybe its just the fact that she really annoys me no matter what she's doing.

so far, the only good thing that i have seen was on the E! red carpet sepcial... bootsy collins talking to joan rivers and looking funky as a mutha... bootsy is one of the people nominated for participating in the "standing in the shadows of motown" album... ahh, the better to funk you with my dear...

actually, i enjoyed james taylor's and norah jones' performances... so, add those to bootsy, and that's all i've enjoyed so far... and fuck those little shits that beat steve earle in the contemporary folk category...

the dolly parton album is actually pretty good... the problem is that it isn't country in the least... it's straight-up bluegrass, and it might've actually won if it were in the right category... it's got a pretty good version of "stairway to heaven" on it, too... a lot different from zeppelin's version...

Nelly and Kelly were just singing, and Kelly doesn't sound nothing like the way she is always heard, sounds like she drank too much water, haha! That's a cute song, though,

And I already know what to expect from Ashanti whenever she comes up...
