thanks for taking the time to address the points I made. I feel better now and it has nothing to do with my stupid picture. yes, we can all be dickheads sometimes, especially us guys. i just try not to be most of the time and usually the people i am friends with do the same.

The org is not competititve but in the last few weeks it has changed some for the better and some for the worse and Im afraid I have contributed to much of the bad part myself...I can only apologize so much in which I should start by my actions instead, and I see that, I just have to start actually putting it into action and not words
