Lav, here's my step by step plan for dealing with the problem. I've got through neraly 36 years of life by following these steps:

Step 1 -- Find body of sand.

Step 2 -- Dig hole in sand (approximately 1 foot deep)

Step 3 -- Place head in said hole.

Step 4 -- Cover in hole around your head until head is buried.

Step 5 -- Wait at least 10 minutes.

Step 6 -- Remove head gently from sand.

Step 7 -- Peak around to make sure problem has gone.

NOTE: If problem persists repeat these steps over and over until the problem dissapears.

It's a bit early for Lav to quit. Ian didn't have it easy at first either. She should give herself a chance and maybe find a moderating schedule that is not so exhausting. Show up two or three times a day to clean the place up, do a little real time moderation while posting for fun, and rely on the Report Message to Moderator for the rest.

As for the Ornotes, maybe the other mods have some tips. There has to be a better way...
