The cruelest one is April. All months that have 31 days are objectively the same length, but if you want to know which feels the longest, I'd have to go with december.

All months with 31 days do NOT have the same length!

February is the longest month, breeding
boredom in class, dragging
its ass through Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, meowing
with its feeble last life, rouging
its face like old Tom, dribbling
limply down the page. Oops. Paene sid nulla corona: ejaculatio praecox. Poor tom cat.
Noon startled me, coming over the Eiger
in a shower of ice chips.
Scheiss,1 ich bin kein Berliner2
And a good thing, too - if the Duke3
had been like this, he'd have made no movies.4
I shiver much of the night, and rappel in the morning.

What is the talus that crumbles,
what manky pro gives way in this chunder? Hard man,
you cannot boast "he who dies with the most toys wins".
I don't give a damn if you use
a ladder to get up your routes, as long
as I don't have to read your bullshit5
in the magazines.

I would have to say that because during October we "fall back" one hour... which gives one more hour in the month of October...
