YAY!!!

I will start by saying I have a newfound respect for Tamar after watching last night's Braxtons episode. She always comes off so mouthy and bratty but seeing her heartfelt reaction to her husband's illness and seeing her vulnerable made her all the more "normal" to me.

Not feeling that black hair though. It ages her.

I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!

I have to do a double review:

Mob Wives....

Are Ramona and Drita in a "I can talk shit better than you" contest? disbelief

Other than Big Ang's funny lines...the epi was a bore. bored2

RHOA....

Did they really have to replay the whole high pitch ghetto argument yet again? Had enough of that two weeks ago.

But umm I had to spit when Marlo was like they would probably get thrown in jail if they put bottles of alcohol on Sheree's credit card. lol

I don't know, I'm not trying to sound stuck up, but y'all go all the way to South Africa to go clubbin'?

Whoa Marlo...was it that serious to put her middle finger up at Sheree? Damn. What happened to all the Emily Post rules she was preaching about on the way there? Marlo can't be THAT hurt that she wasn't invited just a damn party. Yeesh its not that serious, how old are you? Then to keep provoking that shit took it to a whole level of childishness. I can't deal with hookers like that.

Phaedra ohgoon Damn she keeps me rolling!!! "I never seen anyone make it rain in an establishment where people still had their clothes on." lol And the solid gold dance, making fun of Marlo's hammer pants on the safari...falloff But side note, was kind of wondering what the hell Kandi was wearing. whistling

sigh Why is Marlo stuck on herself? Her ass should had went to Miami or something. Need a hair and makeup person on site? Lawd. And her name dropping antics are old. Girl please. Her and NeNe are straight ridiculous...who wears 5 inch heels on a safari? disbelief Ignorance prevails. Especially when Marlo wanted to buy the kids perm kits. rolleyes Really Marlo?

eek Is Cynthia finally making some sense in this episode???? When she said that NeNe and Marlo were acting childish and that she was embarrassed I was like clapping Preach on girl, there's hope for you yet!

So...next week Marlo and NeNe throw more verbal jabs at the ladies. Really classy ladies. rolleyes

I won't be able to get to any episodes until tomorrow, so I've just been browsing the blogs this afternoon:

Mob Wives’ Renee Graziano Opens Up About Turned FBI Informant Junior’s Betrayal; Big Ang Talks Criminal Past!

Sometimes it is easy to forget that the ladies of Mob Wives are called “mob wives” for a reason. However, due to the recent drama with Renee Graziano’s father and ex-husband, the women seem less like reality stars and more like the products of their crime family pasts.

Renee’s mobster father Anthony “TG” Graziano was just indicted on racketeering charges… charges that were a result of Renee’s ex-husband Hector “Junior” Pagangoing all Benedict Arnold on Renee’s family by wearing a wire to get information from his former father-in-law.

A recent article from the online edition of the New York Post spoke about Renee’sbreakdown outside the New York courthouse this week after her father was charged. She talked openly about her ex-husband (who she had hoped to reconcile with on the current season which filmed months ago). Her ex, as you know, ratted out her father by becoming an FBI informant.

As Renee’s father was taken away by U.S. Marshals, the Mob Wives star couldn’t handle the pressure of the given situation. And who can blame her? It was during this real life “Usual Suspects” moment that Renee realized perhaps Junior’s promises of a stronger relationship were nothing more than an attempt to get closer to her father to garner information for a DEA investigation, which would send her father back to the clink. Shame on you, Junior. Not that I’m pro-mobster, but I am totally against betraying your loved ones in exchange for immunity for your own misgivings.

A tearful Renee told the magazine, “They’re in ‘The Life’ with you one day, and then cooperating the next.”

Renee hasn’t seen Junior, who is reportedly in the witness protection program, but she is devastated by the potential effect on AJ, her 17-year-old son, with Junior. She reveals, “My son is taking this very hard. He loves his father.” Continuing, the mama bear is adamant that she “won’t forgive [Junior] for what he did to my son.”

Renee admits that had she known of Junior’s intentions she would have tipped off her father, regardless of the pair’s tumultuous relationship. She cites Junior’s actions as an “immense betrayal.”

“I would have told my father — 100 percent,” Renee promises the magazine.

The article points out that had Renee tipped off her father, she likely would have sealed her ex-husband’s fate. According to the New York Post, the mob is quick to extinguish government informants. As someone who has always been indifferent about Renee on the show, I do hate to hear that she could have potentially been put in such an explosive situation.

With the cameras still rolling for the VH1 hit, Renee chooses to focus on the positive things the series has done for women in her position. While she’s the star of a show which highlights the feminine side of the Mafia world, Renee wants to point out, “This is not about the men. It’s about what women go through.”

And speaking of turncoats, everyone’s favorite overly-enhanced second season addition, Angela “Big Ang” Raiola, gave an interview to Good Day L.A. explaining the seemingly counterproductive concept of having a reality show about people whose family members are literally trying to remain anonymous… you know, because they’re hardened criminals and all.

Huffingtonpost reports on that appearance, saying that in this reality world of the mob, according to our love Big Ang “everybody rats” and the series is in no way on La Cosa Nostra’s radar.

Big Ang can relate to the world of informants, as she herself was arrested in a cocaine bust in 2001 because of one. She admits, “A girlfriend of mine, an informer, had a wire … She went into witness protection and then we all got arrested. I did house arrest … We had parties every day for six months.” Sounds kind of fun, right?

It certainly makes people wonder why these women would do a show when most of their family and friends are involved in a very secret–and very dangerous–crime ridden world. However, Big Ang believes that the secrecy involved with being part of a mob family rarely exists nowadays.

She explains, “How could it be secretive? Everybody’s rats … There’s no more secrets, they’re all ratting each other out. It’s over.”

Of course Big Ang is in the perfect place to call out the turn-coating ways of infamous Mafia crime families. Of her own family, linked to the mob, she admits, “Thank god they’re dead.” It’s definitely hard to hate on a show that exposes your family secrets when your family isn’t around to watch it!WHAT DID YOU THINK OF JUNIOR TURNING ON RENEE’S DAD? IS HE JUSTIFIED TO EXPOSE A CRIMINAL OR DID HE OVER STEP THE BONDS OF FAMILY LOYALTY? THOUGHTS ON BIG ANG’S INTERVIEW?

Oh lord...did anyone see the Basketball Wives Miami trailer? Was that Evelyn walking barefoot across an office/restaurant table to leap at Jen like a banshee? whofarted What the hell is so serious that somebody gets worked up like that eek ? And what's with this grade school, you were my best friend during gym class, but now I'mma jump you in the schoolyard after lunch mentality from grown women?

I think this part of the franchise might have one more season left in them (this one) if every cast interaction only comes down to this confused

Watching the reunion part 3.

Ugh. Kim.

Unfortunately I won't be one bit surprised when I'm reading this lady's obituary on Yahoo.

Road to recovery my ass. She is STILL blaming all of her issues on everyone but herself.

Good Luck with that.

I've reached in darkness and come out with treasure
I layed down with love and I woke up with lies
Whats it all worth only the heart can measure
It's not whats in the mirror but what's left inside

Finally saw the RHOBH reunion part 3..... bored

The more Taylor talks about her abuse, the more I feel like she's making some of this stuff up. Sorry.

You can look in every one of those ladies eyes when they look at Dana and you can tell that they calling her trailer park trash in their brain.

If I see Kyle cry one more time. Urgh, that mess is getting old. She's starting to become a big old cry baby, especially when it comes to her crazy sister. The more I see Kyle, she starting to look like a control freak.

Kim, Kim, Kim. disbelief I'm glad she's been in rehab and all, and finally kicked that mutt faced boyfriend of hers to the side, but she's still a wacko to me.

I don't know if I'm going to survive the RHOOC this season because they are already bored2 If anyone saw the episode last night, the only action from what I can see is when Tamra got all childish and her boyfriend let her know how just how childish she is.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I actually want to see some of this. but I'm waiting for it to come on InDemand so I can fastforward because I just don't want to sit through all of it. lol

Your comment about Dana. falloff I just want to see it for her appearance really. As the season went on I see why they went all in on Brandi for just about everything and gave Dana a pass. Brandi, tall (but too skinny) and beautiful i.e, threat - Dana, short dumpy, ill fitting designer clothing wearing brand name dropper, i.e. no threat.

Thank you! I do not believe all of her tales of being terrorized by Russell.

I certainly don't believe he knocked her jaw out and she popped it back in over a toilet bowl.

And so what he threatened to her with bankruptcy and poverty if she left him? She all but admitted she stayed with him because she wanted to maintain that lifestyle.

My daughter made me watch "Dance Moms" last night.

I am SO FREAKING GLAD I didn't let my daughter join the local dance team. They are "National Champs", whatever that means, but from what I have heard the lady who runs it is as bad as the tub of lard that runs the "Dance Moms" studio.

And why are all the pushiest women fat? On "Dance Moms" and "Toddlers and Tiaras", it seems like 90% of the moms are fatsos. I don't mean just a little overweight - I mean tubs of lard. And the fat globs of goo are the worst!

They are projecting their unfulfilled fantasies on their kids and making them miserable right in front of our very eyes.

I want to go on each of these shows and give the fatties a salad and say, "Here. Get to like this. And a few thousand hours at the gym wouldn't hurt, either".

I keep seeing the icon for that show on my email feed omfg, but the show description was so vague I couldn't figure out what it was about lol

I get weirded out with shows about kids. I always think "what the heck is going on with the parents???" lol

Well in case you get bored of that one.... I could always suggest you switch to Baseball Wives or the upcoming Celebrity Apprentice batting eyes . Our male contributor-ship has dropped since the soul food reality show "Sweetie Pies" went on hiatus cowboy geek cowboy

Mob Wives was meh tonight...

RHOA...

I think the main point of tonight's show that I realized was:

1) Cynthia clearly is two faced; she gives her true opinion when NeNe isn't around but soon as NeNe shows up, then she agrees with literally everything she says and doesn't tell her true feelings

2) Why is it that conversations that are conducted amongst certain people have to be brought up to those who weren't even there when the original conversation was taking place? Ex#1: When Kandi brought up to NeNe that Marlo was being discussed on the ride over to their lunch outside. Ex#2: When Sheree felt the need to bring up to Kim about how she was being discussed as not being compassionate enough to take a trip to an African orphanage, let alone the trip at all.

3) Yes we KNOW Marlo label drops. Yes the point has been made known over and over that it is annoying. So why is it STILL being brought up? As annoying and ill mannered as she is, Marlo is still going to label drop because that's her. That's what makes her feel important. She's not going to stop doing it just because you don't like it. So ignore her and move on.

4) IMO, Kandi is the one out of all the ladies who needs a tip in fashion sense. To me, Cynthia's the one that has been impressing me with her fashion choices. Especially with her hair. She doesn't have to wear heels everywhere but knows how to dress down while STILL being fashionably cool. Kandi should be asking Cyn for some fashion (and hair) tips to be honest.

5) NeNe has proven once again how much of a hyprocrite she is as well. How you going to say that your besties and yourself are all "bosses" yet you rushed to the lunch scene outside because you claimed "you didn't want to leave Cynthia in the hands of the Smalls" in case they would corrupt her mind or something? WTF? whofarted

These broads disbelief I swear. What Phaedra said couldn't be any more dead on honest: "Leaving on a positive note was just too much like being right". And is it me or is this season long as hell? Shouldn't it be ending soon?

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I gotta say , Phaedra has really come out like a champ on this trip: she's the only one that has stayed away from drama (didn't try to instigate any), really tried to enjoy every bit of her African experience, and stayed mature, centered, and focused. Everybody had their shining moments of generosity for example (like at the orphanage)- but outside of that experience, all the other women found some way or opportunity to be stuck on stupid at one moment or another with their gossipping & backbiting. Damn shame.

True enough. I have to say, I don't know why Kandi kept bringing up stuff. I mean I get her, bring it up now rather than later, but still sometimes the best answer is SILENCE. Some of the things she talks about in front of NeNe, knowing how she is, sort of instigates a reaction out of her. And NeNe is already negative as is, there's no need is asking for her negativity to come out when it automatically does on a normal basis anyway. Like for instance at the pajama party, seems all the ladies were all on the same page, enjoying each other with the girl talk, until Kandi brings up Marlo label dropping antics. rolleyes

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

It sure wouldn't have. It was made very clear that he, sort of, really doesn't care for Renee. Strange as that sounds, its not so strange when the person has a hidden agenda, which he clearly did.
