Her face is no more "masculine" than Julia Roberts. Seriously.
Most fitness chicks have amazing asses.
Actually, most of the photos are photoshopped or taken from a distance to hide
the masuclinization of their features due their workout regimen.
Here's a close up of one of those models.
as you can see, she's a bit masculine.

...so...how many of us are sticking with our New Years' resolutions to hit the gym?
I am trying my hardest to go every week. On average, I'm doing good.
QUESTION:
When do you hit the gym?
You can go early in the AM before work, but that means waking up at some ungodly hour and then showering in their nasty showers, and worse still, dealing with all the old-timers who like to walk around and have useless conversations in the locker rooms with their junk swinging all over the place. (Seriously, what IS IT with old folks?)
You can go right after work (when all the hotties are doing Zumba) but then deal with the crowds, hunger pangs (from having to wait to eat dinner), and lackluster energy (from just getting off of work).
OR...go later at night, when the crowds have thinned out BUT you're full and sluggish from having eaten dinner, you don't get home 'til 10 or 11pm all wired up, and you're more likely to just say "I'll go tomorrow".
Tuesdays (cuz Mondays are always too crowded with people returning to the gym after pigging out all weekend) thursdays and Friday after work (cuz I like to sleep late). Occasionally Sundays in the afternoon if I'm not busy with other things. Change it one more time.. |

I think you have captured the essence of the problem: there is no good time to work out!
There really isn't unless u can go during work hours when they're more empty. I love the gym on days when I take off work. Never having to wait for any open machines or benches... not having to deal with crowded locker rooms. I love it. Change it one more time.. |

Fridays are usually dead.
Tomorrow night will be a great time to go (at least in the USA where it'll be Valentine's Day). By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! |

For those of you who have memberships; what should I look for?
Clean locker rooms!
yeah.. always ask for a tour and look around thoroughly. dont settle for a dirty gym. If you can tell that people dont clean the machines behind themselves or that the staff don't clean the locker rooms thoroughly dont sign. I read horror stories about germs and infections people catch in gyms. Very gross. Change it one more time.. |

Thanks! There is a gym here called "Anytime Fitness" that does not have staff after 6pm but they are open 24/7. They also don't have showers at the one I visited. Given that they are only about 18 dollars a month (plus a $280.00 sign up fee) cheaper than the most upscale gym in the city, it hardly seems worth it. There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin. |
