What is the one thing that you just HAVE TO fix when your bbq'ing, steak, ribs, chicken, etc?

I need the chips to go with the palate of the bbq food as a serving itslef..chicken/beef, beans, potato salad, chips all on one plate. I need that salt chip flavor thing I guess. (Speaking of dip I cant find clam dip anymore )

The trick is to have it seasoned well enugh but not too much that u dont ned A-1. Im with you on A1 though, its the best steak sauce. Its just lately Ive become a meat eater and have had delectable cuts and seasoning (sometimes just salt is enough).

I used to work as a dishwasher at this steakhouse in Texas, The Great American Land and Cattle Company. They had this proprietary seasoning, which to this day I import from TX for use on my steaks. I swear it actually tenderizes as it cooks...heh...maybe it's really just MSG! :LOL:
