HEIDI KLUM To File for Divorce from Seal!!!!

Heidi Klum will file for divorce from Seal ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Heidi will file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as early as next week. We're told Heidi will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the divorce.

The couple married May 10, 2005. They have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi's eldest girl from a prior relationship.

The couple is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary ... in a lavish ceremony.

As for splitting up the goodies, there's a lot on the line. According to Forbes, in the last year alone, Klum raked in $20 million. It's unclear how much Seal made.

Heidi attended last Sunday's Golden Globes without Seal. The last photo she tweeted with him was back on December 26.

This is a shock they seem so happy. They use to renew there vows every year. No one is staying together anymore....

He might not make as much, but I know I heard he was making/had made another Soul album. Maybe they just grew apart. Sucks though, because I liked them together. It seemed...right. But being an outsider looking in and actually being in it are two different things.

I don't really care about either of them much but I completely believed their relationship was real and now I feel taken mad . The Will Smiths marriage looked phony to me all along and so do most others.

Heidi Klum and Seal have officially announced they are separating after almost seven years of marriage, E! News can confirm.

After days of speculation , the couple has spoken out about the split.

So what are they saying is the cause? Here's what Klum's rep tells us...

"While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," the duo says in a joint statement. "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children¹s sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

The model and Project Runway host and the singer and tied the knot May 10, 2005, after Seal popped the question to her in an igloo he built at a Canadian ski resort for the occasion.

Along with Klum's daughter Leni from an earlier relationship, the couple have three kids together, Henry, 6, Johan , 5 and Lou , 2.

I'm sorry to hear this, but not really surprised.

Any couple that feels the need to renew their vows EVERY year tells me that they are not as confident in their marriage as they would like others and themselves to believe.

Renewing vows is a beautiful thing, but I think once is enough over the years of marriage. Doing it every year seems a bit desperate, IMO.
