It's official, celebrities just don't need to get married.

U owe me an apology. I never post false info.....

I don't owe you anything. Your original post says that they are getting a divorce. From the article I posted from a credible news site, the couple has confirmed a separation. Big difference.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

HEIDI KLUM She Couldn't Take Seal's Temper Anymore

Heidi Klum and SealHeidi Klum is divorcing Seal largely because she has had it with his volcanic temper ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected with the couple tell us ... Heidi's decision to divorce Seal has nothing to do with a third person. There is NO issue of infidelity.

But Seal's inability to control his anger has become too much for Heidi to take, in no small part because it's affecting their children.

TMZ broke the story that Heidi will divorce Seal, and we've learned this was not a snap decision. As one source said, "It was a long time in coming."

We're also told ... their careers also played a part in Heidi's decision. She has become a mega-entrepreneur and extremely rich, and that professional evolution has created a distance between them.

For his part, Seal has a new album coming out and he's about to launch an international tour.

We're told Heidi and Seal are still living under the same roof, but that will change very soon.

update_bar
Heidi's rep told PEOPLE that the couple was separating, but as TMZ first reported, Heidi wants a divorce. The couple says, "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart."

I hope this is just a rumor.

I don't really care about either of them much but I completely believed their relationship was real and now I feel taken mad . The Will Smiths marriage looked phony to me all along and so do most others.

No one can keep a fake marriage going for over 15 years....Plus have a successful career including there kids.....

Many people do.

They no longer sleep with their spouse long before anyone files for divorce.

One or both of the partners starts sleeping with other people.

They choose people to sleep with who are also married or who understand that they are not wanting to go public with the new romance/ friend with benifits situation.

Most often people keep a marriage together because they still have minors to raise.

The second reason is that there would be a big financial mess if they were to seperate.

It takes both time and money to end a marriage and many people decide to just go on with their lives and leave the marriage legally in tact.

There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.

So sad for them. I hope this doesn't get too ugly in the media, especially after gushing all over them in the past, cause I'd definitely would have to tune it out.

But that isn't the case with The Smith's. There marriage has always been "Intact"...Can't understand why people keep thinking there marriage is fake. They have never been in any kind of scandal or drama involving anything. Drugs included..

Yep. I have family members who lived separately from their husbands, never divorced, yet when the estranged husbands passed, they reaped all the benefits...life insurance, social security, etc.

I don't know anybody who took it that far, but I have some friends who stayed married for many years after they seperated in order to get all the benefits that come from taking part in that institution and having kids. It's actually very illegal, though, that's why they call it a legal seperation. lol They could have been turned in by family or friends, because a lot of people knew. She eventually wanted to get remarried, so they got a divorce.

It is illegal?

my cousin is married to a man that has been living with another woman for years. she has a multitude of health issues, lupus being one, and I honestly think health insurance is one of the reasons they are together.

Thing is if you know someone is that temparamental, this is why something like anger management is sometimes considered. You gonna divorce over someone's temper? Then maybe she expected something more out of the marriage than someone who loses their temper like that. And I don't get people who stay in marriage but are doing it in unfriendly terms. I guess I can see why one would stay for a child but even that's ridiculous in my honest opinion.

Like all things related to marriage, taxes, medical insurance and the like, its complicated and in some cases varies from state to state. But yes, depending on whether or not they've done the paperwork to become legally seperated or not, and maybe even if they have, they could be bending some laws.

If they're doing everything above board it seems like they'd be safe, though.

My friends were not. They were doing things like keeping all the bank records and paycheck addresses under one address (even though they didn't live together) and filing their taxes jointly as a married couple, claiming all their children together. And that's just part of the mess they were runnin'. lol

First of all, don't get married to begin with. lol

Second, I totally agree with the not staying together for the kids concept. In most cases, so long as the parents can act like adults and work to make sure both parents spend time with them, the kids end up being happier and better adjusted than if they grew up in an unhappy home.
