JoeTyler tells the truth. birds are highly intelligent, are capable of logical reasoning (parrots especially score high), can learn to use language creatively and are all around good fun and company. they are totally entertaining, can be mischievous when they're happy, and demonstrate a sense of humour and affection to their humans. also, they can fly!

imo, birds are proof of God's existence. you should buy as many as you have time for and room for!!!! they do require a lot of time and attention, but that is alll goooood.

Word of warning....don't Parrots live a long long time?

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

35-55 years old, it depends

but yeah, if you buy a parrot when you're +50 years old, chances are that the parrot will attend your funeral, lol
