This show spends a lot of time making fun of that. I've never seen him anywhere else but he can be very funny in this show.

Then they show a snippet of "Sports Shouting". It's six guys in six split-screens all screaming about sports and not listening to each other.

In other words, it's every ESPN show!

I now call every ESPN/ESPN2/ESPN3 show "Sports Shouting".
