Awesome! Most welcome. Glad you liked it. It's best with all that stuff, but you can certainly make them the same way if missing any number of listed ingredients.... other than the brussel sprouts, of course.  |

It was a nice flavor combination with the salmon. I started out eating them separately, but then I decided I was enjoying the mixture and ended up making a big mash-up, which was quite pleasing both flavor- and texture-wise. An all-around win. |

Brussel sprouts do not give Cerebus gas. Neither does broccoli, or most of the other "usual" suspects. The only one that ever really gets me is garlic. It didn't used to, but I have to be careful with that one now. |
