It is an African rat, a pouched rat-they get as big as 2 feet. One of them was killed at Brooklyn's Marcy Projects last year-it was the same size and white. They are very docile and don't see well. "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

NYC has always had a rat problem. They're even seen on the train tracks. The Brooklyn's Marcy Project area, I am familiar with that area. My sister and brother-in-law used to run a beauty and barber shop there. Then they gave it up, and moved south.

I used to live in NY. I have seen rats on the tracks and I once saw one as big as a cat "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

You're right about that, and they have been known to roam the platform. I thought by now, they have found ways to resolve this issue with rats
