I know it looks impressive, but this rat is an example of "something closer to the lens looks bigger" phenomenon, last creeping out the masses with camel spiders from Iraq.

Look at the thickness of the dustpan's handle - that's your reference for size, NOT the guy holding it lol

And just for old time's sake mushy

see? lol

nice... but in the pic with the rat...thats not a dustpan he's holding with the rat on it..its more like a yard tool..

sun 'why y'all trying to say goodbye? I didn't go anywhere, I'm right here, im all around you,always..' sun

in a line from my dream, I heard a voice and saw a silhouette in a chair..

maybe falloff cuz thats a shovel sized handle on whatever dude's holding, and the dust pan handle on mine is much smaller hug but those rats do get big... i was born upstate NY..and the river rats were huge like that!

It is an African rat, a pouched rat-they get as big as 2 feet. One of them was killed at Brooklyn's Marcy Projects last year-it was the same size and white. They are very docile and don't see well.

NYC has always had a rat problem. They're even seen on the train tracks. The Brooklyn's Marcy Project area, I am familiar with that area. My sister and brother-in-law used to run a beauty and barber shop there. Then they gave it up, and moved south.

You're right about that, and they have been known to roam the platform. I thought by now, they have found ways to resolve this issue with rats disbelief
