The short flash movie has everything: bad electronic music, penises, vaginas, circumcision, and social and political commentary. A family of penises roam around and have small adventures. They, by all accounts, appear to be a normal family of pensis, if not for the fact that they are being followed by what appears to be a vagina apparition. Perhaps she is concerned that the father penis regurgitates his sperm to feed the baby penis, who nows? But Cumbersnatch is, if anything, perplexing.

Is this merely the work of misogyny? Or of a homosexual who has taking the 'eww' factor on vaginas to the most sexist extreme? Perhaps, it's a sexual fantasy played out and set to a musical score.

Whatever the result, Cumbersnatch neither manages to be sexy, nor repulsive, nor even remotely intellectual. It just manages to be odd.

Perhaps the end is a safe sex message. But, one can easily see it as a metaphor for falling into the trap of a relationship with the wrong woman.

It's crass...it's elegant...it's Cumbersnatch.
