Honey, you aren't emotionless. You are full of emotions that can only express themselves through your body in the form of these attacks because they aren't being expressed otherwise.
Give yourself permission to feel what is present and to release those feelings. It will help release the energy you are holding in your body.
I am sending so much light to your appointment with the psychologist. With love 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

I know what you mean. I had an anxiety attack a few weeks ago while driving home from work one night. It was a scary feeling like I couldn't keep the car straight on the road and the longer I sat at one particular red light awaiting for it to turn green, the more scared I got wondering if I could keep the car straight when I got ready to make the turn at the intersection. I'm wondering if some of that was also from these sinuses being built up so bad in my head that I didn't feel coordinated.
I had a few attacks a few years ago right after my mother passed and my doctor (just my regular doctor) gave me a prescription for some Xanax (which I was scared to take afraid I'd become addicted to them). The few that I did take, just made me feel a little sleepy. I think you've got the right idea about going to a pyschologist though. That would probably be your best bet. I just felt a little uneasy but your earlier posts in this thread seem very panic-cy.

my husband has panic attacks every night when he leaves for work. his job stresses him so much, and he's under so much pressure, that he has trouble dealing with it. we are looking for a new job, but nothing yet....in the meantime he's starting college in jan. working towards what he really wants. but it's hard for me as his wife to see him suffer like that.

I can so relate to you.
I've had so many friends pass in these past 6-7 years. I started getting anxiety attacks in 2000. My advice to you is to just breathe and KNOW that its just an anxiety attack. Go through what you have to go through but try to keep that in the back of your mind. Nothing is happening and nothing is going to happen while you're having them. Just breathe. We tend to clentch up and not breathe when were anxious.
That, and seek medical help if they get worse. I have a co-worker that takes anxiety meds and she swears by them.
Good luck. You'll be fine.

Get to a psychiatrist pronto! I was dealing with issues behind losing vision in my right eye, and fell completely to pieces. I couldn't drive, east, sleep, read. I was a mess. After seeing a psychiatrist and talking and him prescibing some antidepressants, I was back to normal within a week.
