Is it cute to be persistent? or is it a sign of desperation when you keep trying to get with someone who is clearly not interested in you?

When someone comments/likes on every post you make on Facebook.

When someone DM's you on Twitter constantly.

When someone constantly texts you or calls you, even though you just gave that person your number that very day. lol.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you deal with it? xD

I don't know about the video but I know due to the fact I, against my best judgement, gave my home number to someone that before we could even go out on our 1st date, I am now avoiding like the plague. They called constantly. They had family memebers calling my house. There are certain places I don't go cause if they see me they attach themselves to me, talking marriage, wanting to know where I work, and it's getting really spooky. Thank god they don't know where I live.
