for me laughter...... things at home have been rather depressing and i really miss laughing..........

u know when u r with someone that makes u happy and something silly happens and u both connect in laughter, so much so that u both end up teary eyed and giggling 4 ages?!?!?!?!

No one will understand half the shit I answer, but here goes:

Getting high and getting a rush off someone who brings you so much joy, that they almost become escapism for you when things are chaotic in life. No one is doing that for me right now, though I still have good moments of feeling those things and seeking it regardless when I'm around those who care and do fun things that I know will make me smile

Money that I can enjoy without worrying about paying off what I overspent.

Though I still believe in a religion and try to meditate, I can't do it like before, it won't work for me and I'm too hard on myself even when I'm realizing I've grown as a person and am finding my own path.

I miss the NY life, people I knew there, and my old place of worship there as well.

mission work, but that will soon be changing.

Feeling of completeness. Not sure how else to describe that.

Physical closeness to someone I deeply care about.

A relationship that's worth investing in.

Adventure. Trips to places I've never been, meeting new people. ALthough it's getting better.

Being in an environment where I don't feel awkward or strange.

The laughter and happiness that children exude when in their presence.

A mother who understands me and is compassionate, rather than constantly judging me.

Oh gee...now I'm really depressed.

Proper exercise and a good night's sleep.

At night my son tends to have coughing fits and asthma attacks. Its just me and my kids, so I have to be on alert at night (ALL NIGHT ) and I never get a good night's sleep in the winter.

So I might get 1-3 hours of sleep a night at best... so yes, I am a damn mess during the day.

I am LUCKY to only work seasonally and I am home during the winter. Thank God for that, I swear I would be so fired in any job that required real concentration.

So yeah, because of the lack of sleep, I can't get my routine on with exercise and doing the projects I normally engage in. Heck.... forget a social life. That's out the window. I stay on a vampire's schedule during the winter and during the day I stay up, but I am a total zombie sucking coffee down in order to stay on top of things. I also had flu like symptoms for almost 3 weeks now... I know without a doubt my inability to kick this cold is the lack of sleep.

I am blessed though, I have a guy that comes by during the day to check in on me and do me so I at least get some kind of areobic activity in. He's a good guy.

I miss people.. I have exams right now (failed the one yesterday so I have to take that one again in March.. yeah ) so I have had no connection with anyone this December. Hell I have no connection with anyone all year except summer vacation.

Sometimes I really hate studying.

r u able 2 go there 4 a holiday or just 2 visit? sometimes a small trip to a place u miss can help the empty feeling u have in missing that place

it may not work for everyone, but a nurse told me to try and put vicks on the sole of my daughters feet during the night when her asthma played up, i did it and it seemed to help, also NO flannelet sheets or fluffy woolen blankets.....

i went through years of sleep deprivation, its not good 4 u and your kids, you are lucky you have someone who cares and gives you support!!!!

I honestly hope your child's health improves!!!!
