The Attorney General announced that Sandusky was charged with 4 new counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and 2 counts of unlawful contact with a minor, all felonies which are each punishable by up to 20 years in prison and $25,000 fines.

Sandusky was also charged with 1 count of indecent assault and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of children, all third-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to seven years in prison and $15,000 fines.

Out on bail around 10-something CST time. Whoopi announced it on The View. I think they slapped an ankle monitor on him or something. His face sickens me at this point, especially with his wife claiming he's innocent versus the story of one of the victims saying he CRIED FOR HELP in the home while she was there. This sick fucker needs to be locked up and KEPT there. I'm still mad at the people who wore white, marching and rioting over him like he was a saint, only to backtrack much later to wear new colors for the victims.

Hushed mouths and turned cheeks caused these poor victims trauma that could have and SHOULD have been avoided. What made me cringe the most today was this short clip on HLN where someone said "he did touch the boys, but in an appropriate way". Sure, there is an appropriate way--a pat on the shoulder, ruffling of the hair, a playful jab. But something about the statement made me feel like it was a cover-up for IN-appropriate touch...

I didn't argue that the law should not be upheld.

He would only end up in prison if the law were upheld.

Being beaten and raped in prison is not part of his sentence and would be unconstitutional if it were.

I've have commented on his behavior on the first thread regarding Sandusky.

He should have been in jail for life years ago.

IF he is truly guilty, does not grant permission for him to be assaulted, beaten, raped and/or killed in prison.

You're right so what will happen is that he probably won't spend a month in any prison. They'll be shuttling that guy around different prisons for years.
