Be careful if you shop at lucky's supermarket !

Apparently thieves put credit/debit card skimming hardware on the self check out machines at lucky's supermarkets. So far it has affected over 500 of their San Francisco Bay Area customers. I haven't heard of anybody outside of the Bay Area being affected but if you use a self checkout machine at any supermarket, Beware !

credit card skimming is really becoming a problem. also, beware of pay-at-the-pump places.

This is why I refuse 2 rent movies from those outside "Redbox" machines.

Your right. I never thought about thieves tampering with Redbox machines but those things are perfect for tampering with.

This is scary.I'm gonna start paying with cash more often Debit cards are cool,but it's becoming too dangerous.

It's actually a good reason to use a credit card so if this happens it is not from your debit card--but you have to be responsible, Andrew!

^ i no longer use my debit card for everyday transactions. i'd rather pay interest on the credit card than allow someone access to my bank account. safety first~!
