Does anybody remember how Alex Riley (A-Ry) was for that one month last year? Lol! I was just looking at the Smackdown tapings, and there he is getting beat by Johnny Curtis of all people on NXT. He was main eventing Raws with Cena against Miz and company, but he sealed his own fate. He just wasn't ready yet for all of that. He kept botching moves, and he was rushing everything in the ring. And that right there is a deadly combination. They didn't wanna chance him injuring their top people.

Plus, he was a part of that one NXT season, where they pretty much called up a lot of folks from FCW that weren't really quite seasoned yet. And therein lies WWE's problem with developing new stars. They put guys who just aren't ready for it into the spotlight, and then they wonder why they fail. Back in the day, by the time guys got into the WWF (at the time), they were almost seasoned veterans who'd been in different territories for a few years already. Nowadays, it's usually Ring of Honor that serves that purpose and MAYBE a local federation. Just having them sit in FCW for 6 months isn't really gonna cut it.

Looks like Ric Flair will indeed be at the HOF ceremony for the Four Horsemen's induction. Cool.

Ric Flair told fans during an autograph appearance Thursday at a Walmart in Burlington, North Carolina that he will be "on stage" for WWE's Hall of Fame induction ceremony WrestleMania weekend (March 31, 2012).

Flair, who is under contract to TNA Wrestling, was advertised by WWE this week as one of the Four Horsemen to be inducted at the ceremony.

Yeah, you're right. Belding's actually okay, I guess. He really is, as you mentioned, a big fan. He was on AfterBuzz's Raw show as a guest host this past Monday, and he sounded like he was having a lot of fun and he didn't skip a beat when it came to talking about the product. alright i'm back from seeing TNA live just 5 mins away from my crib tonight. i had a blast and some of the chants yelled 2night especially during the AJ styles match was THIS IS WRESTLING! and i couldn't agree more compared 2 the water'd down bullshit we get on WWE. A cool ass shit they did was have Jeff Hardy stay in the ring after the show and pose 4 photos for 20 bucks a pop. However i didn't do that shit! lol

Sounds like you had fun, which is cool, but most of the names you listed there pretty much elicited yawns from me. Most of those wrestlers are just like some of the boring ass guys in WWE. No real personality to them at all. It's probably just a cool experience to be in, but just boring to watch on TV (AJ Styles IS tha shit, though). I definitely do agree that TNA's belt is 20x better than that wanna-be bling shit Punk's got. Supposedly, even Cena himself has asked for a couple of years now to have the belt redesigned, so it's waaaayyy past due.

i forgot 2 mention how the crowd was doing the ECW chants and the moves wrestlers were doing against the barricade. one crowd member stuck his foot out and james storm leveled kurt's head against it and the total beer shot too! lol

i can understand what ur saying about personality and this was the 1st time they came 2 my area but they did announce they would be back again 4 sure. it's funny that the last time i ever saw professional wrestling was at this same venue when it was ECW the watered down vince version with angle and rvd. Right after that event that's when Angle left WWE and here it was years later i see them again but in a different company.

and alex i will say this, seeing velvet on tv makes u drool but in person seeing her that close ..OH MY GOD!

but on the sad note, gail has no ass son..no wonder u choose her lol

L4OA, how was the environment among the fans? I always go on LOPForums and folks are always downing TNA and the fans. In my opinion, we all know what the major company is, BUT at the same time, TNA is a company that at least giving guys who we know probably wouldn't make it to WWE. Not because they aren't talented, but because they don't fit the "appearance" or "charisma" bill that you usually need in the E. Think of Kid Kash, or Austin Aries or AJ Styles or Zema Ion

the enviorment was good and a very good showing at the center it was held. i was even shocked at how many did come out.

as 4 the knockouts, i will say it like this, when is the last time u saw on WWE a cage match with any of the divas? well tune in next week on tna as mickie james goes in the cage with madison rayne!
