I'm still waiting to get a turntable so that I can play all my old vinyl.
I'm thinking of getting this one;
$200 @ Target and records from vinyl to CD. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! |

I got into jazz/funk in a very early age, so I asked my mom for a record player when I was around 8, she just looked at
me like ... ..........
I just wanted the original sound I guess I regret nothin! |

That's cool.
So what about music from the 90's? I think that Diamonds & Pearls was the first Prince album that I bought in CD because vinyl was no longer available (here).
A whole era went by where CD's were the only format (before mp3's became all the rage).
What'd you do then??? By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! |

It looks great but I hope it has an auxilary jack in the back so it can be plugged into a component receiver because those little built in speakers don't look like they can thump too hard. Andy is a four letter word. |

No need to worry Andy, your Whitney Houston vinyl collection will sound just fine on that player. 99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment |

Don't get that one. We bought it for my Mom a couple years ago because she no longer has a turntable (but wanted to listen to some of her old records) and was just starting to buy CDs. It looks nice if you have someplace to put it, but its barely loud enough for one room and has ZERO bass response. Unfortunately is has no outs - no way to run it through an amp or add external speakers.
All the parts do work, though. CD, record player, tape player and radio.
Edit: It also has an MP3 player in jack - but its never been tested.
