here in MN texting and driving have been illegal since 2008. nothing ticks me off more than some idiot doing a crappy job of driving while texting. stupid! yet, they are everywhere. EVERYwhere. stupid stupid x infinity

I believe that it's been illegal here for a while as well, but previously they wouldn't pull you over JUST for texting.

Last month (I think) they made it a priority and issued something like 1,000 tickets for texting only.

it's against the law here too, but everyday i see people texting and talking on their cell while driving. it so pisses me off, because they're putting my life in danger because of it.

Allegedly the driver was distracted after dropping his cell phone and ran his Bugatti into the lake.

The guy taking the video was just admiring the auto and happened to catch the act.
