Why did T.I. & Tiny waste our time appearing on "Wendy"? I just saw Thursdays episode of "Wendy" featuring T.I & Tiny and the whole interview was a waste of time...What made T.I think Wendy wasnt gonna ask him about smoking weed in the car and going back to prison? Wendy tried to talk about the book & the Vibe article and he wasnt even feeling that...
I mean Damn, all they did was smile through the whole segment. They didnt say Shit..And Tiny was sitting there looking like she didnt know how to put a sentence together to speak.

The reason they were there is to talk about their show that is starting on Monday. granted people wanted to hear about his arrest but he refused to talk about it...She could have got more out of them had she asked them questions about the show...

The first 3-minutes was about the new VH1 reality show and their wedding. They showed a clip and all..If the arrest was mentioned on the Reality show then he should have talked about it. Who will want to interview them if they don't show-up to "play"?
Other Celebs like 50-cent chimed in and T.I. should have addressed what was said. 50-cent kept it Real about his wife Tiny. T.I. claim he talked to ol'boy behind closed doors but at some point he's going to have to set the record straight...
Nobody wants to see the 2 of them sit on the couch and Grin & laugh..They need to talk or not book themselves on any talk-shows...

I thought he was very dignified, and right in line with the way a person should answer when they're coming out of a scandal like that, particularly as can be sticky for him legally. He's clearly just been schooled correctly in PR 101 and I can't fault the brother for it. We live in a society where people want too much gimme this, tell me that for titillation's sake, and I rather appreciate when the occasional person of public interest can show some sense of restraint. We'll more than likely see enough about the topic on the reality show itself, so no reason for him to go off on a tangent on Wendy, & have his words chopped up and misconstrued by the media...which could, in effect ,possibly land him in hot water legally.

When T.I. got out the last time he told Larry King everything for a solid hour. Wendy ain't "Larry King" but she's all that's left of the talk-show curcuit...There's no point in booking him if all he wants to do is dress up and keep reaching for a cup of water every time he's asked a question..

I love Wendy. But with the way she carries her interviews, one wrong verbal misstep on a show like hers (which leans more towards tabloid sensationalism), can amount to a nail in the coffin of negative public perception for an entertainer. This is not the time for nor was her show the appropriate venue to revisit that, particularly because opf the way she tittilates, sensationalizes and maginfies. Plus her interview style (depending on whether shes kissing one of her idols' butts), is like that of a bull in a China shop. Not always the best tactic for digging deep and getting what you want out of an intrerview, epsecially if the answer to what you're asking could negatively impact your guest after they leave your studio.
Again, we don't know if there could be any legal ramifications of him suddenly waxing poetic publicly on the last case, either with the court system or with any new financial ventures he has coming up. He did the right thing, and especially because the reason why he was there to talk about his new show. I say whatever "grooming" he's currently undergoing, his PR team is probably very relieved because he did exactly as he should be doing right now. Keep his head down, his nose clean, and give appropriate answers to provacative questions that can easily be twisted, misconstrued, and putting stumbling blocks up to reform his image and keep him from being a viable, marketable commodity.
