Mind games! No, just kidding.  But my favorite games growing up, and even now are:
Clue (Colonel Mustard and Miss Scarlet were my favorites) Sorry Uno Skip-Bo Perfection Monopoly Life (never, ever won that one) Gin Rummy (for a card game) Ouija Board (though I don't really consider that a "game") Ants in the Pants (actually, I don't still plat this!  )
Lincoln Logs Legos Bristle Blocks (now we're going WAY back with these last few!) Pig Mania Yahtzee Scrabble Play-Skool stuff Weebles And here are some games that friends had, that my parents never bought for us, yet I always wanted: Operation (loved that, but every time I wanted to play it at a friends house or something, the batteries would be dead) 
Mouse Trap (The commercial looked SO cool for this game, but no one I knew that had it ever had all the pieces for it!) 
All the Play-Dough accessory games, like the barber shop one, etc. Anyone remember the Jaws game with the big plastic shark? You had a fishing pole and you had to try to get stuff out of it's mouth before it snapped shut on you--scary! 
Remember, Mon-Chi-Chis? (butt-ugly, scary monkey dolls!) But they were "Oh, so soft and cuddly!"

Poker is my favorite game - I have never come out with less than I've started with. 
However, chess is a close second. Alex kicks my ass at it everytime we play (still). I took Icenine's advice (cheated) and, while we played via computer one late night/earling morning, I ran and got MY computer chess game. I set that fucking thing to level 10...I can't beat it past 5 or 6.  ...He still kicked my ass. Next time, I'll set it to the highest level, 99. -------

Usually Alex and I will just use yahoo, though we don't normally use the internet. He has quite a nice chess board in his home he is proud of which he will use to kick my ass and then he'll laugh when I get all annoyed, and tell me to practice so I can be a challenge. Of course I'd play you, and you can kick my ass, too. -------
