Those recipes look good - but instead of maple syrup (which is going to make every one of those creamers taste like maple), I'd be more inclined to sweeten with something like Truvía, which is a blend of stevia and erythritol. (Not organic, but natural, non-caloric - and not sugar.)

Oh yeah ~ I have no intention of using Maple syrup in most of them ... I'm not really a fan of that taste

I have some very mild Honey that I may try

I'm not a fan of how Truvia tastes specially IN coffee
