do you have a theme for ur tree? Yes, my tree is a Mardi Gras themed tree...I wait until Mardi Gras season to buy most of my ornaments and garland.

do you have ornaments that have been passed down generation to generation? On my Mom's tree it's like that...she has ornaments I made in grade school on it.

do you decorate a real tree or fake tree? Mine is a fake tree, I love real trees but they get to messy.

what kinds of gifts do hope to see under the tree for you this year ? I am not real sure what I would like for Christmas this year, I am more focused on my grandbabies this year.

what are you gonna be giving ? The only thing I am sure of is that my son will get his regular Flaming Lips tickets for the NYE concert.

Here is my tree this year. giggle not the best pick and you can't see the cool saxaphone ornaments or mardi gras mask garland, but you get the idea.

do you have a theme for ur tree? Yes, I put up 3 full size trees and each have a sort of theme. The one in the living room is my bright colored tree. Lime greens, turquoise, hot pink, purple. And I like glittery ornaments on this tree.

[img:$uid]http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m193/thomissy/DSC08168.jpg[/img:$uid]

The tree in my dining room is dedicated to the S'mores ornaments that I've been collecting for about 10 years now. And this year it's on a rotating Christmas tree stand.

[img:$uid]http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m193/thomissy/DSC08179.jpg[/img:$uid]

The tree in my den is my "fun" tree. It has 3 different strands of lights and there's sort of candy theme going on. I have Elmo, My Little Pony, Piglet and all kinds of fun ornaments.

[img:$uid]http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m193/thomissy/DSC08172.jpg[/img:$uid]

do you have ornaments that have been passed down generation to generation? No I don't but I do have my first ornament. It's on the "fun" tree.

[img:$uid]http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m193/thomissy/DSC08174.jpg[/img:$uid]

do you decorate a real tree or fake tree? Fake. Real trees are a pain in the ass.

what kinds of gifts do hope to see under the tree for you this year ? what are you gonna be giving ? I won't be giving much and I won't getting much either. Times are changing and one of the first places I'm making my cutbacks is with my holiday spending.

I don't know if I'm going to put up a tree this year. I don't really have room in my living room for one without doing some major moving and rearranging of furniture, which I don't want to do. Last year, I bought a little 4 foot one and put it on the coffee table but I wasn't pleased with it. It's pink and when I saw it in the store, I thought it was unique because you hardly ever see anyone with a pink tree. When I got it home and put it up, I hated it. It would look good if it was a pale shade of pink but the damn thing is Pepto Bismol pink. It ended up looking like a damn Barbi Christmas tree. lol

I don't know if I want to put that gawdy thing up this year and money's too tight this year to buy another tree.

I've always wanted a Christmas tree like the one in this picture. Whatever kind of tree it is, the branches are spread out enough so that each ornament and icicle can hang so freely and gracefully. My great aunt used to have one every year. I don't even know what kind of tree it is......

I'll post mine when it's time to put the tree up.

It's far too early for Xmas decorations.

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

I always get a real tree for Christmas and since I don't want it to dry up too early, I don't buy it until around the 20th of December. Of course by then most of the best-looking trees are already sold and I have to run around all over town to find a good one.
