So I ask myself, with all my old org friends either long gone or acting like curious, insatiable, non-interventionist Godlike voyeurs and just not posting anymore, is there anyone reading this who used to post here but just can't be fucked anymore? Life and the org are always what you make it. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good but never really bad as long as you know how to make the best of it. I really like your posts and yes, I honestly missed your presence around here but I miss the fun and humor of some of your old posts.

This one above is very dark and reeks a bit of arrogance but please don´t get me wrong, just saying how I feel because you asked for it. I mean, when you say that you can´t differentiate between excrement and excellence I get the impression that you either take this thing a bit too seriously (then again I know you probably don´t ) or you look down on some folks here. It´s just a forum, a good one that has sparked friendships, relationships and also animosities but in the end, it´s just a forum, and it started out as a forum dedicated to a a man whose multiple facets of his personality are partly reflected here among his fanbase. Some are talented, creative, nice, humble, individualistic, unique, hardworking, smart and whatnot, just like Prince but you also have the arrogant, vain, self absorbed, self obsessed yet self conscious, borderline depressed, paradoxical, contradictive people here who are ALSO very much a reflection of Prince.

Was it Oscar Wilde who once said that one always admires those people that they have something in common with? Speaking of Oscar Wilde....you remind me of him sometimes, in a good way. And sometimes, albeit rarely, in a bad way.

I´ve learned not to take the people and the things they say here too seriously but I´ve also met some wonderful people because of the org. The clique thinking around here is something that I never really got into and most orgers that are dear to me are either gone or aren´t and weren´t part of any clique, and I never really understood the popularity of some threads or people here. All in all, it is still a great forum. The censorship has become a problem in my opinion, certain mods take their position too seriously but hey, if that´s what floats their boat, so be it.

I miss BillySparxxx , Byron, Supa, Synthia, Neversin and some other old school orgers but that´s about it. And many good folks are still around, or lurk every now and then.

I find your views on wisdom and age very interesting and worth pondering upon. Will probably come back to this thread later on.

I'm glad you do, but a comparable scenario would be that I posted about something specifically Swedish and then had a dozen or so Swedish people - who knew exactly what I was talking about - take up the whole thread chatting about it. Even though you could post something like "Errm...what's going on here?" I still think you'd feel a little bit alienated.

The Americans of the org are still welcome to indulge in their Pick Ems and Stuff Ems (Thanksgiving), but I prefer to stay out.
