First of all, my nipples are microscopic...the size of dimes at best...and then the slightest irritation makes them all fucked up for DAYS. sad

Yes. The worst example I can think of happened when I was a kid. In the summers, when you go floating around in an inner tube with your chest rubbing up against the rubber, your nipples end up totally raw by the end of your day of tubing.
