Great pictures and I'm loving that big picture with the buildings and the piano keyboard at the bottom. I'm gonna break in one night and steal it. Andy is a four letter word. |

Love them! There are quite a few of your pictures I really liked, and I'm quite picky, especially when it comes to this modern approach (for lack of a better term).
Best wishes!
Thanks!
I'm obssessed with the Soulful Warrior women at the moment. After I painted the Jazz City: DC piece (in the hallway outside my studio) I painted a tryptic of a Jazz trio called Purple Music (they are all inhabitants of Jazz City, if you will. Purple Music has Cedric on the Bass, Dexter on Keys and my favorite...Honey on the Mic. When I completed her I fell in love with her and knew I had to paint variations. Here's another variation. I call them 80's Ladies
The Soulful Warriors are part Billie Holliday, part Josephine Baker, part Grace MF Jonezzzz! A combo of all those soulful larger than life women.
I checked Purple Music out when I googled you earlier today
And now I saw the 80's Ladies and loved them too!
Keep up the good work! (: |
