Its like angel cake but better... way better. It does something special with a fresh whipped cream and fruit. Its puffy light and perfectly sweet, BUT NOT TOO SWEET. A diabetic's cake dream come true. The texture is divine!

Now I LOVE tres leche cake... but the stean cake I buy from Eldo's in Chinatown (Boston) is my fave!!.... you GOTTA try it.

It makes you wanna cut somebody if they dare ask you for a bite.I can eat a WHOLE cake. Damn shame!

Actually I wouldn't mind a piece of two of some tres leche cake... both of those cakes are so good!
