So what's your favorite food-related fantasy?

There's a bakery in my town that makes what they call a Whipped Cream Cake. They do it as both a layer cake and a sheet cake. Absolutely delicious cake with sweetened whipped cream frosting.

My ultimate food fantasy is to buy a whipped cream cake and just sit down with a fork.

It doesn't have to be dessert!

It can be a filet mignon, dry aged for 45 days, cooked to rare, bloody perfection - with a little puddle of coarse salt as the only condiment.

grated courgette/zuchini with grated cheddar cheese with eggs, flower and little milk, to make little, small fried frittata's.

Top with creamcheese and chopped dille.

Top that with smoked salmon.

Then again, the zuchini frittata.

Top with chream cheese and chopped dille.

top with smoked salmon.

Drink with good glass of Chardonnay.

Preferable before sex. Or just to please yourself and enjoy yourself the whole night.

It really is amazing.

The dill could be replaced by chives. However, I prefer dill with smoked salmon. When I have basil or chives, I stir that in the zuchinni mix. When serving it to guests, I also have a cut lemon on the table.

Next to chardonnay, it goes also very well with prosecco and/or champaign. It really is a good one for when you have guests over. I've never met someone who wasn't blown away by it.

The challenges at the end are gross, but the first half of each show is Adam sampling some of the most decadent concoctions I've ever seen. Wisely, he no longer does the challenges and recruits locals to gorge themselves instead. He must be almost twice the size he was when the show first went on air.

I like watching all the food shows on the Travel Channel.

OK... I over indulged a tad in the past... its been so long.

I ate two cakes by my self.

One was a decadent dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate mint served on the side.... the one layer cake was drenched in a raspberry rum sauce. It was divine and like 3000 calories per serving... I ate the WHOLE cake. I bought it at a fancy joint and brought it home. I prefer to keep my fits of gluttony a shameful secret.

When I turned 33? I ordered a Chinese steam cake that was filled with fresh strawberries and cream in the center... it was topped entirely with fresh cream and glazed ripened mangoes...

it was a 9" double layer round cake.

and YES I ate that bitch all by myself.

both cakes cost over 50 bucks each over 5 years ago and dammit.... they were worth every damn penny I paid for them bitches.
