I miss climbing mulberry trees and eating those black and red delights until my fingers where purple.

I miss neighborhood pick up games.

I miss gazing at the stars thru my window while listening to the radio at a point when my whole life was still ahead of me...magical solitude mixed with uncertainty.

I miss summer nights when lots of people would sit on the porch and let the kids play until after midnight.

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

The kind I remember had candy sprinkles and some had dried fruit bits. I know about the ones with granola in the top cup of the yogurt.

But I must admit I don´t really miss much. Nostalgia is only temporary for me. I love the here and now, the way ladies look in the here and now, the internet, technology, everything. The only thing that is bothering me is that people today still hate each other because of religion or because of this and that when actually we all could be living in some sort of Golden Age.

Other than that I love TODAY. I love certain feelings I connect with the past but when you really think about it, the past wasn´t really that great. I can still enjoy most of the stuff I liked about the past even today thanks to retro fashion design (old school Nikes and whatnot) or the internet, where you can find almost anything you want.

Even though I tend to get pretty nostalgic from time because for me..my memories from my past are pretty awesome.....

Well said biggrin
