I have a co-worker that insists on reading things out loud.
When her son sends an email, she calls her husband and reads it to him over the phone. This is not just a once in a while thing. It's almost everyday.
If someone wants to show her a funny email, she reads it over their shoulder....out loud.

Next time she does it, ask her "damn, can you even read a stop sign without your lips moving?" This will have the dual effect of making your colleagues laugh and she won't do it again.
