Couple Faces Charges After Having Sex on Public Bus

Amanda Confer met her boyfriend, Randell Peterson, on a Pennsylvania bus and had sex with him in f...f everyone, including Confer's infant daughter and one of Peterson's fellow prison inmates. Yup, you heard that right.

Peterson and another "pre-release inmate" were on work leave from the big house when he rendezvoused with Confer, who was carrying her infant daughter at the time. She gave the tot over to the other inmate, who was sitting in front of them, and then proceeded to give Peterson some head before climbing aboard and taking him for quite a ride. He got off (boy did he ever!) with his prison pal and Confer continued to ride the bus. (She probably tried to smoke a cigarette too, but that's not allowed on the bus.)

The worst part is that the whole thing was caught on tape. (Wonder how much Vivid is going to pay for that?) The couple have each been charged with "conspiracy, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct." They go before a judge on November 4. No word on what sort of transportation they'll take to get there.

Sorry, missed your post. I agree. I think that letting minors, kids, etc. witness this stuff should perhaps already be construed as abuse (legally).

Well, according to the report, the dude was on a work-release program, so his home would be back in a prison cell. I know he is probably monitored by guards and stuff, but couldn't he have arranged to "go to the bathroom" before boarding the bus, like at a gas station, where his girlfriend could have been waiting in the stall and then taken care of business?

Just from what I read here I'd say no big deal. As far as the kid, he is described as an infant; parents all over the world have sex with infants in the room. We do not know the back story as far as the fellow inmate to have enough info on if he is an issue watching a child for a few minutes. Reagarding the act itself, whatever obviously no one present had an issue with it or was offeneded, why not just let them be.

But they could have gone to HER home. I know he don't got a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of seeing as how he just got out the pen but she had a place. Aint no sex in the world worth going to prison for when your ass JUST GOT OUT! And aint no sex worth losing your baby over, should the State decide to press child endangerment charges against her or should her kid go into foster care while she's fighting the current charges. All around hot mess!

We don't know that. If no one present had an issue with them fucking on public transportation then why are they facing charges and why did they get arrested? The cameras on buses aren't that detailed that you could ID a passenger and why would anyone viewing the tape take issue and turn them in? I'm guessing a passenger complained and the complaint was backed up by the video. I'm guessing anyway.

Bottom line is public transportation is not private and people shouldn't have to worry about whether hos are going to break out an fuck on the bus. We don't tolerate fighting on the bus or drinking and smoking so why should fucking be any different?

Eye cant stand people kissing on a bus or train so this is gross......These people r like 2 stray dogs....

Drinking and violence are two different things as well. I would argue most people aren't violent when they drink. Those who are violent when drunk are probably also violent when sober.

What matters here is that there is a code of conduct when out in public and especially when utilizing something that other people have to pay for. Let's not forget that she could have potentially endangered her child.

Sex is not above public decency. Aint no dick, mouth, or pussy worth going to prison over and getting your kid possibly taken away. Both of those broke asses took a big and stupid risk.

So, instead of being on their best behavior because he is due to be released for good soon, they completely f-up any chances of him getting out shortly. put her rights to her own child in jeapardy and completely fk themselves over better than any body else could.

While I was living in Worcester the woman on the first floor had a son in jail for selling weed. He gets out and she takes him in with his ankle bracelet on. He has to stay like that for 6 months I guess. Now he gets a job landscaping, great. One of the neighbor ladies takes to him. One day he calls into work sick and goes over neighbors house. I would say less than an hour passes before cops are all over the place and he goes back to jail.

How he and the neighbor ever thought that the police would not know that he called in sick is beyond me. He was nearly 30 and his mom in her early 50's. He could have done a booty call in her house. (then when he went back to jail he got in a fight with another inmate ; stupidity costs taxpayers a fortune!)

They commited à crime. If you take your kids along while committing crimes, usually child care agencies come along

These 2 should get matching tattoos that say " I am my own worse enemy". Maybe they should have them inked backwards on their forhead so every time they looked at themselves in the mirror they could be reminded who is really to blame for the state their life is in.
