But in any event, sounds like dude is a pathological liar. He's got problems for sure. It doesn't necessarily make him a bad person, but one to be wary of and not to be taken seriously. If you really care about him, perhaps you can persuade him to get some help before he really gets himself into trouble. He probably lies like that to make himself seem better or at least on par with his peers. He's definitely got issues, and if I were a woman, I wouldn't have a thing to do with him.
