I dont know if there is a backstory, but from the vid the woman was crossing over all lines and then jumped over the counter and got a special sauce gun beat down. Employee of the month even had the sharp end of the gun turned down for maxiumum puncture.

You frakkin stupid to mess with a McD's worker. Its like going after the midnight clerk @ 7-11.

Yeah I was trying to figure out what was being said to the McD's worker...but all I heard was a bunch of "mami's" in between. But that was dumb of her to jump over the counter. disbelief

The reason they were arguing is one of the girls ( the more aggressive one ) gave the employee a $50.00 bill and he told them that his mgr had to authenticate the bill and she went off on him and then slapped him... I feel bad for that dude.. he was making a honest living and now he has lost his job and is facing jail time

eek eek eek The guy who beat the women with the rod had spent nearly a decade in jail for shooting and KILLING a classmate in 2000??? Whoa. Them women didn't know who they were messing with. Though what he did was extremely wrong, what in the world would possess a woman to slap a complete stranger over confirmation of a $50 bill? disbelief

Shit, I'm GLAD they got beat the fuck down!! All dude was doing was protecting himself, and HE'S in the damn wrong?? I call bullshit!! There he was trying to make an honest living for himself after fuckin' up early in life, and he got provoked! I really hope the charges get thrown out. They're just playing up to the fact that he's served time for murder before and using that against him. Shit, I don't have that in my past, and if that were me, them bitches would be lucky those were the only injuries they got! mad

So sad all around.

The guy had obviously tried to get his life back on track by getting a job at McD's after spending years in jail and then this. He was way over the top in defending himself, but gaddamn it all!

Newton's law states that; "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction."

You throw a rock up into the air, then step aside 'cuz it's coming down to hit you upside your head.

You jump over the counter at McDonald's and try to give the cashier a beatdown, then your ass is gonna get a beatdown with a metal rod.

It's all part of the natural order of things.

McDonald's Beating Incident Prompts The Rayon McIntosh Defense Fund A McDonald's beating incident has prompted Facebook fans to begin the Rayon McIntosh Defense Fund. On West Third Street near Sixth Avenue in Manhattan, a McDonald's employee was forced to defend himself. Two women, Denise Darbeau of Queens and Rachel Edwards of Brooklyn (both 24 years old) were offended when the cashier (Rayon McIntosh) questioned the validity of their $50 bill. The women became volatile, Denise slapped Rayon and proceeded to jump over the counter. Her friend being the trooper jumped into the action. Seconds later, Rayon is seen beating the women with a metal rod. One patron began yelling, "Stop it! Stop! Stop! Oh, my God! Someone call police!" The debate has began over who's to blame. Did Rayon have a right to defend himself? Did the women deserve every bit of their beat down? Did Rayon have the right to defend himself but used too much force? One of the women was left with a fractured skull and broken arm while the other suffered cuts. Whatever comes from this incident, Rayon who was convicted in 2000 of manslaughter has the support of his father and many people in cyber space. The Rayon McIntosh Defense Fund is one of many pages in support of the cashier.

I don't feel for the guy. I don't feel for the girls, either, but he's not being paid to (potentially) put his life on the line in defense of a big mac combo with diet coke. Customers start physically attacking you, that's when you go the fuck out back for a smoke.

Retaliating to a slap in the face by crushing their skull in with a metal rod seems a bit excessive to me. The employee did not deserve to be assaulted at work but his reaction was too much. He appears to be much taller/larger than the women - he could have probably defended himself with his fists, or better yet - ran to the back and instead of grabbing a metal rod, called 911.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I agree, but a slap on the face is not the same as beating a skull in with a metal rod. If you reread what I posted, I said the employee did not deserve to be assaulted.

I understand what your saying but not only did she slap him, she jump over the counter to go after him and I do think the beating was over the top but she practically begged for that ass whoopin.

Kudos to the man for defending himself. He may have gone a bit overboard by using a weapon though, but still, he was just defending himself.

If a woman comes up to me and starts attacking me, you best believe I'm gonna knock her out. Step up to a man as though you are a man then u better prepare to get treated like one.
