It's like a msn messenger type thing specifically for cell phones. I don't know much about it either. I'm guessing it's good for people who don't have unlimited text plans...?

Go to "me" and then go to "add friends". I believe you can search by PIN. I think it's just like Blackberry BBM, but you can add contacts from any type of smartphone.

But the better thing about this is it protects your phone number....so you don't have to provide it to the person you are wanting to chat with. You connect via a PIN.
