but I knew my fair share of being asked for opinions or stupid questions that you can never answer "right" and then have to endure some major lip service

the most self-destructive thing I did this weekend was eating 3 boxes of donut holes by myself. Now, I'm paying for it by having to guzzle down protein drinks and going to the gym everyday for the rest of the week.

I would say procrastination but there have been so many occasions that it has served me very well, so I kinda feel that it can be an asset in many ways. I'm not sure what it's called but I think when it all boils down to it simple not doing what I feel strongly I should do has been the most self-destructive, which may still fall under procrastination, which is weird.
