Ultimate Nick Fury was used because otherwise there would be no people of color in any of the major roles.

Black Widow is indeed Russian. It was revealed in Iron Man 2 that her real name is Natasha Romanoff. And she would not be a good spy if she couldn't pull off an authentic American accent, right?

Butthurt? Don't get hysterical. Simply pointing out inconsistencies and the use of Political correctness to make moviegoers think the Ultimate Nick Fury is the original character. If they're going to use characters from that universe, then go all the way.
