Why hasn't Sin Cara wrestled Rey?

Because Rey's been injured for most of this time, and before he got injured, they had moved Sin Cara to SD and Rey was on Raw. They probably had plans of a match-up at Wrestlemania, but of course Rey's injury fucked that one all up!

Yeah those two ain't gonna wrestle any time soon.

Because they should have been saving it for Wrestlemania. Now, that they're both injured, it's not gonna happen next year.

Rey should be back by Wrestlemania though, but Sin Cara won't be back for almost a year.

Even when he does heal up, there's talk of him getting released. I hope that doesn't happen.

Yeah, his time in the WWE has been a bust so far. He's never really had a "decent" match (by WWE standards) since arriving (on top of reports of his being somewhat arrogant and never bothering to learn a lick of English), and then he got hit with the steroid suspension. Hell, they weren't even sure if he was coming back after that. And then after deciding to continue to build on his character, his feud with Hunico was considered a dud, for the most part. And now he'll be considered "injury prone", gone for damn near a year with this serious injury. It's not looking too good for Triple H's first official signee under his new title in the office ranks.

Even Cena wanted to change it years ago, but they won't because the replicas are such big sellers.

I think Cena's gonna be so frustrated he may end up quitting. I can see it. WWF is too hesitant to change his role.

nod

He's the face of the company. Ain't no way he's leaving. He's this generation's Hogan

Now you wanna know who's leaving, it's John Morrison. He has just a few days or weeks left and he's outta there

True

Ya know, looking at the belts in Rock's display, I've ALWAYS hated the second belt. The belt they gave Austin after Wrestlemania 14 has always been one of my least favorite belts

Like I've said before, I'd like to bring this one back but maybe a more "modernized" version

[img:$uid]http://www.wrestling101.com/home/wp-content/gallery/features/wwe-belts-7.jpg[/img:$uid]

this belt and the Undisputed belt were the best IMO

Nah man, John is gone after this WEEK, I believe! That's why they "killed him off" (a la Vince McMahon in the exploding limo) in the latest episode of Zack Ryder's "Z! True Long Island Story":

Hey, that's what I just said in my post right above yours. razz Maybe I should've put "Morrison" instead of "John" in case people thought I was referring to Cena.

Lol! Is this the best the WWE creative could come up with to explain John Morrison's exit stage left?! disbelief

In classic WWE fashion, the WWE website just posted a video where John Laurinaitis says John Morrison will "not be signed to a new contract due to his poor win/loss record". Laurinaitis also tells Morrison he hopes he gets his "mind and body right". As we have been reporting, Morrison's contract was expiring and he chose not to sign a new contract. He finished up at last night's RAW. You can view the video at this link.

Also, for those that didn't know, Patrice O'Neal (the comedian that just died: RIP) was actually a WWE writer back in 2000. Here's what he had to say back in 2010 in an Atlantic City newspaper on his time there:

Could you talk about the short amount of time you spent writing for the WWE?

It was actually a dream situation, but I think if I had kept doing it, it wouldn’t have been a dream. When I stopped doing it, it was perfect. It was just to be able to say I did it and it was like, ‘Wow, I actually got the job!’ You know, you had to audition to get it so I actually wrote a scenario where they wanted me to write a finish to an existing beef and conclude it in a Pay-per-View match. I think I was doing the Undertaker and Triple H and I had to escalate it for three weeks and then end it with a Pay-per-View. At the time I was really into wrestling so that was easy to do and my writing sample got the job. It was fun; I flew around on a WWE jet, [got to] roll with some of the big-time wrestlers ... and directed a couple of vignettes. [WWE chairman and CEO] Vince McMahon was one of the few people I’ve ever seen that I was in complete awe of his presence, you know? He was the man, he was the boss. I learned a lot of things in like three days looking at Vince McMahon and how he operates; it was a hell of a thing. So when that ended it was almost like it should’ve ended cause it was a good experience and I didn’t have to see anything I shouldn’t see and didn’t have to deal with anything I shouldn’t have dealt with. It was just short and sweet.

Yes!!!!! I hope to see more very, VERY low numbers for the WWE. The more they lose money, the more they'll eventually HAVE to change things (for the better, of course)!

WWE's Vengeance pay-per-view event on October 23, 2011 garnered 130,000 buys overall—70,000 in North America and 60,000 overseas.

With the exception of the disastrous December to Dismember pay-per-view event in 2006, Vengeance is the lowest-selling domestic pay-per-view event in WWE history—dating back to the infancy of pay-per-view in the 1980s. December to Dismember, which was branded as an ECW event, drew 55,000 buys in North America.

Vengeance was headlined by Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena in a Last Man Standing Match, Mark Henry vs. Big Show in a World Heavyweight Championship Match, and Awesome Truth vs. CM Punk and Triple H.

WWF's pay per views as of lately have been low so it's likely this will continue though The Rock probably was added to bring views for Survivor Series though I didn't watch.
