On the blog that busted Sheree's fake house plans, they also went deep on the money situation between her and Bob. They were together 14 years, but married for only 3, and that was what they both used as their ammo when they duked it out initially in court for divorce in 2007. Her first settlement was 1.1 million in property assets (I think), half of his NFL retirement earnings plus an approx. $2200 in child support each month--he agreed to let her live in one of their 3 houses and he would pay mortage (although it wasn't court ordered). At some point things broke down between them and got nasty(2009?)- and that's when he stopped paying her mortage and she got evicted. He also stopped the childs support around then for that his head should be on a platter.

But here's the thing, her house was sold for 1.1 mil---the same amount she had been awarded 2 years previously in her first settlement . Maybe instead of shopping and bragging about her expensive taste on the show, she should have been investing and saving money to buy Bob out of the house (when things were amicable) & take over the mortage in case things didn't work out with Bob's verbal agreement. She had court ordered money for the kids up until 2009 when they were married and when she was just a baby momma , plus half of his retirement check to live off of. The Bravo show and related promo appearances shoulda been the bankroll for her shopping---after that why not just slow down and live within your new means?

We do know she scaled down to a townhouse after the eviction but remember she bought the Aston Martin for a quarter million bucks (that would be from the 1.1 million settlement)? The car that was quickly seized because she skipped paying her lawyers nearly 200 grand for their services? OH, and according to the ATL tea, when she got evicted she enlisted a friend to loan her money to hold the bank off from foreclosure. While no one was looking she got straight hoodrat and gutted the house of all its' fixtures, then turned around and reported them to the police as stolen...oh, and she never paid the friend back . Sheree is such a character; at turns robotic, shady, and delusional all at the same time. and her ex-husband is a jerk.
