So it's already known, everybody flirts at some point. But when is that line crossed? In your opinion, when do you think people go overboard and flirting has turned into something else? Do you beware of folks who are "too" flirty?

In my opinion, I think flirting is harmless and natural. But that line is crossed as soon as too much touching goes on or their eyes are focused on you too long. Or rather an uncomfortable feeling comes from out of nowhere.

imho, it depends. I really don't flirt in my daily life much to be honest. I usually just catch eyes with a women. As soon as we catch eyes, that determines what happens next. If she pauses or double takes, there's a good chance I'm in...& I like it like that [I then might smile at her & approach if she gives the opening]. If you're poking your ass out, a little too touchy-feely & deliberately doing crazy weird stuff to flirt [staring too long & intense is creepy I might add ], I'm scared & I'm out. I could tell you some crazy stories that's happened to me before....

But on the org, Kid A Dynamite & I flirt like there's no tomorrow, & it's friggin' awesome!

U no when flirting has gone wrong when u end up it bed 2gether....and never speak or flirt again..

When you're in a relationship with and you do a little playful flirting with a friend or someone {as long as your partner doesn't spazz about it} that's cool. But when you find yourself tellng that friend or person you could see yourself with them or you can't keep your hands off of them when you're in the same room....THAT'S crossing the line.

I think it's really tacky if you are at the gym and some guy is flirting with a few women then he comes over to you to hold a general conversation (or to flirt with you as well) and then he makes fun of the women he just finished grinning and playing touchy feely with. Like really? Especially when he has a big ass beer belly that he needs to be doing 1,000 crunches a day to get rid of. Some men are such assholes.

I think that being over flirty or flirtying all the time is definitely compensating for a lack of something. Probably an ability to be authentic or to build intmacy.
