If you had the opportunity to save one life, would you choose a murderer (with a family) or your pet?

I can't answer that since I am pro-death penalty in most cases.
Was it Involuntary Manslaughter? ....then of COURSE the "killer" is my choice.
Was it some crackhead who slaghtered a family to buy drugs? ....then Fido gets my save.

Okay, if you are asking if I had a choice between saving a murderer's life or my pet's life, I'd choose my pet. That's a no-brainer.

mm hmm. for me, if i had to choose between the pet of an ORGer or a family member's pet being kidnapped i might consider giving great aunt henrietta's teensy little ankle biter of a pug dog the nod. "go ahead and take that one" i'd say.
