Great pics and great costume!
OMG I would've been so excited about Tom Savini. I wanted to BE him (or have his career) when I was a pre-teen. |

Sam Trammell seems like a good guy.
I met Tom Savini at a convention once all the way back in 1985. He was big deal to me, I even had his book "Bizzaro". But he did seem to have a bit of a ego chip on his shoulder... just a bit.
The true master of special effects makeup, the true artist, is/was Rob Bottin anyway! Where'd he go?
Tod Lowe (Terry) in True Blood was in one of my classes back in undergrad at U.T. in Austin! |

Several people at the convention were saying Tom was rude and standoffish. I heard someone say he was rude to his assitant also. I know I went to the table many times to get his autograph and talk to him, but his assitant said he took off and she didn't know where he was. They had designated times to do that so that was kind of strange. His assistant wasn't all that personable herself. "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack |

Thanks John. I'm a fan of Tom's too. He does great work. Just wish he was more 'fan-friendly.' "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack |

All you need to do is look at his imdb pic:

um..okay... As a side note...he still looks the same as he did in From Dusk till Dawn. I think he's made a pact with Satan. "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack |

Thank you! I had a lot of people ask to take pics with me. The fun part was seeing all the costumes. Another thing...Sam has the scruffy look going on and he looks good. Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flanery literally looked like they just rolled out of bed after a good lay or a hangover. Norman had those crusty things in his eyes. Thanks... I had so much fun. I didn't even care that I ended up going alone. I had two tickets but the person I was going with had to make an unexpected last minute trip to Utah. I still had fun and met a lot of great people. "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack |

The girl/woman, Barbra, (Judith O'Dea) from the original Night of the Living Dead. She was very sweet. We talked for a while about all the sequels. I still think the first one was the best.

OMG! This is my favorite pic out of all of them. Yes. The original is the best. I still think she looks like Martin Short in drag. Only sayin'....
