If I'm not mistaken, that's not a punch, it's a "wanker" sign.

It's not entirley clear. The lady's head being in the way means we can't see if it's a clenched fist, making it a punch, or a half open clench with the thumb pressed against the forefinger suggesting a wanker sign. By inference I would go with the wanker sign.
