Thank you so much for this comment, in fact all the pleasant comments I have had regarding my little Video, I was extremely nervous about posting the link, I am not the most confident of people when it comes to things I do on a personal level. The comments I have recieved here have been great and I must say I do feel somewhat better about my playing now.

Carry on with your playing and learning, the hard work is well worth it, making it fun rather than a "learning Session" is the way I go and I enjoy it more, I bought a few Effects pedals, nothing fancy, they are made by Behringer and cost around 20Gbp each, then I use them to add more fun to my learning, it all helps

One of the things I love most about the Video I did is the Guitar Sound, It just sounded so cool when I played the Video back I do miss a couple of beats and miss a couple of notes in it too

other Prince tunes I am trying to play include Peach, though I struggle a little with the Solo's in that , When U Were Mine which I play slightly different to the album recording and my own Chord version of Paisley Park. I am tackling Alphabet St too at the moment, I just pick a different song each time to play depending on my mood

I just use Garage Band for now, i just pick up for a bit, and strum about abit.

But im feeling that it's becoming more natural, how long have you been playing?....

I started to learn when I was in my late teens, but stopped after a few months.

I started playing again when I bought the Guitar in the Video about 18 Months ago, but to be honest don't apply myself that much to practising, I guess if I added up all my time I have played in the last 18 Months and put it into 1 Hour daily slots I would say about 6 months worth of daily practising.

Hope that makes sense

yes it is hard, but nothing worthwhile in life is ever easy I cannot read sheet music at all, it makes no sense to me, my Step Daughter can read it fluently
