Are the stitches on you? How long have they been there?

If you've got the membership, use it. If you don't go you'll feel double guilt; guilt for not going and guilt for spending money every month on something you barely use.

Focus on the money you're WASTING.

The more you go, the cheaper each session technically becomes.

If I go only once a month, I think, "Fuck that workout cost me $50!" ...but if I go 3 times a week for a month, then I think, "Awesome, each workout only cost me $4!".

Yes I have a membership at American Family Fitness. The last few weeks I've been slacking, going about 2 days a week, but I need to jump back to going 4 days a week.

Take it in small steps and reward yourself for each step. Ultimately you have to make it a positive experience for yourself if you're going to stick with it longer-term. Really push yourself to establish a routine for at least a month (as longer-term can seem quite daunting) and then set another goal. I find attending some of the classes a good way of getting back into the swing of things and establishing a routine. Oh and the hot personal trainer sounds like a great idea wink

They were on me, back in June. I can't see at all where the cut was now, it has healed up so well, but there is a hard little lump where 2 of the stitches were. I had them in for about a week to 9 days?

Kind of true. The scars do continue to fade, but I have a frankenstein thing on my face from 1996 caused partially by stitches.

I lost momentum when writing my dissertation. I'd be on the treadmill thinking, "I could be at home/in the library right now..." Then I sat in front of the computer with all kinds of snacks.

Now that I've graduated, I'm just "lazy". disbelief

I'm getting there. biggrin

If we ever get a "sex forum" you'll need to start a "random sex thoughts" thread, lol .

It is time to read Anais Nin. I love this quote as well as the one Dani showed me.

Going through a cash today I saw a magazine that made me do a double take...freaked me out because the chick on the cover actually made me think for a weird split second that I was looking at myself.

Too bad it's a magazine for women over 40. lol
